1. Course Overview

An effective supply chain depends on coordination across multiple functions rather than local optimization within each department. Demand planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution must use aligned data and work toward shared service, cost, and cash-flow objectives.

The course “Supply Chain Management” helps participants understand the structure and operating flow of the supply chain, from demand supply planning to supplier management, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

Through practical tools and scenarios, participants build the ability to read indicators, identify bottlenecks, coordinate across departments, and propose improvements at the end-to-end supply chain level.
