Production performance does not decline only because of visible waste. Imbalances in pace and workload can overload people, equipment, and processes, leading to defects, waiting time, and interruptions.

The course “Applying 3M Techniques in Manufacturing” focuses on the three concepts of Muda, Mura, and Muri. Participants learn how to observe the workplace, distinguish each type of imbalance or waste, analyze their relationships, and select appropriate improvement tools.

Through flow-mapping exercises, load analysis, and improvement action planning, participants can turn 3M identification into plans to reduce waste, stabilize operations, and sustain results.
