1. Course Overview

Production management requires data consolidation, resource coordination, standardized instructions and timely responses to deviations on the shop floor. ChatGPT can support information and document preparation when provided with appropriate context.

The course “Applying ChatGPT to Production Management” focuses on prompt design for production plans, reports, work instructions, quality, maintenance, safety and improvement.

Participants practice using AI as a tool for analysis and drafting; all outputs related to technical matters, safety and operational decisions must be reviewed by specialists before use.
